Please note that we do not deliver some of the items via courier due to it being perishable. Products under FRESH FRUITS & VEGETABLES and FROZEN FOOD are NOT AVAILABLE for delivery except for HOME DELIVERY for SEMANGGOL areas only.

Dry Items & Frozen Items – Home Delivery service, all Semanggol areas.


Delivery time

·        9.30 AM – 5.30 PM (Monday to Friday)

·        9.30 AM - 1.30 PM (Saturday)

·        Closed (Sunday)



Under normal circumstances, your orders will be delivered within 1 -2 days (except Sundays and Public Holidays ).

You will receive a message from our team in the morning of the day when your order is ready to be delivered and another message when they are on the way to your premises.

In the event of delay beyond the above standard duration, our team will give you a call to inform you accordingly. Order received on weekend will be processed on Monday.


You cannot change the confirmed order. Any cancellation must be done before 10 am. We cannot refund your money due to cancellation. You may choose the next date for delivery.


I received an incomplete order, what should I do?
